To receive incoming Email2Phone messages, simply give your ping formatted email address to people that you want to
contact you via Email2Phone.
Your incoming ping formatted Email2Phone email address will be as follows:
ping.<iping user name> @ em2ph.com.
For example, if your iPing user name is "newtech" then your ping formatted incoming Email2Phone address will be ping.newtech @ em2ph.com.
EMAIL FORWARDING
You will receive a forwarded copy of all incoming Email2Phone messages to your forwarding email address.

When you receive an inbound Email2Phone message from one of your contacts, you will be prompted
to record a reply voice message on the phone. Immediately after the phone call, a reply email will be automatically generated and
sent to your contact's email address with a link to the sound file that contains your voice reply message.

You can also send outgoing Email2Phone messages.
Just send an outgoing email to a ping formatted email address that contains
the phone number
that you want to call.

Put your phone number in the "TO:" field with the following ping format:
ping.xxx-xxx-xxxx @ em2ph.com Ex: ping.212-000-1111 @ em2ph.com
Do not put parenthesis in the phone number. Do not put spaces in the phone number.
You may send multiple iPing Email2Phone messages at
once by entering multiple ping formatted email addresses, each separated by a semi-colon.

Give the email a subject by filling in the email "SUBJECT" field.
Ex: Email 2 Phone Demo

Type your message in the BODY of your email.
Ex: Hello Kathy,
I'll be finishing up early today so I'll be available around noon.
Is that a good time for you?
Please reply with your voice after the beep sound. Thanks.

Send the email

Immediately after the Email2Phone message is sent.
You will receive a Message Activation link via email. |

Click on the Message Activation link to activate your outgoing Email2Phone message.
This is an optional feature available to ensure that you authorize all
outgoing Email2Phone requests generated from your iPing account. |

The iPing system will make an automated phone call to the phone number contained in
the ping formatted email address. |

Once the phone call is answered by your contact, the text message that you typed
in the BODY of the Email2Phone will be spoken via Text-to-Speech conversion. |

After the spoken voice message is heard, the receiver of the call is given the option to
reply to the message by recording a voice mail message. |

You will receive an email alert from iPing.com with the SUBJECT: "You Got Voicemail"
A reply email will be generated automatically that contains a link to your iPing voicemail
box on a web page. There, you can listen to your reply voice messages via the web. |

When you send an outgoing Email2Phone message to a contact,
your contact will be prompted to record a reply voice message on the phone. After the message is

to your email address from iPing.com with the SUBJECT: "You Have Voicemail".
This reply email will contain a link to
your iPing voicemail box. There, you can listen to your contact's reply voice message via the web.
iPing Corporate clients can also dial in to listen to voice messages via the telephone.
