Darryl Shepherd
President and Chief Technology Officer

Mr. Shepherd is the co-founder of iPing Inc. He has experience developing applications and programs for various companies including CitiCorp. and Standard & Poor's. Mr. Shepherd attended the University of Pittsburgh with a major in Information Science.

As Chief Technology Officer, his primary responsibilities include the conceptualization and implementation of convergent technologies, processes, and systems that make iPing's integrated, interactive platform. Mr. Shepherd has also developed and conceptualized the Company’s first service, Mr.Wakeup™.


Sasha Revankar
Business Development - Manager

Ms. Revankar is a graduate of New York University, where she received her bachelor’s degree in Chemistry and Mathematics. She began her career in Business Development at iPing, Inc., a notifications service provider, where she engaged in Sales and Marketing for notification solutions, as well as, content provision for iPing’s consumer portal, www.MrWakeUp.com. Ms. Revankar engaged in usability and statistical analysis of iPing’s products and users, as well as Marketing initiatives to increase usage.


Diego Carlomagno
Chief Engineer – IVR systems

Mr. Carlomagno has joined iPing as an IVR systems expert. Mr. Carlomagno was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina and began his career at Tecnologia Aplicada in Buenos Aires as Applications Developer. He later joined Argentinean-based ATS (Advanced Technology Systems) as a Software Engineer, where he developed solutions for the Telephony industry, including notification systems, voice response units, automatic call distribution systems for high-end clients including Ericsson and Bell South. Mr.Carlomagno received a degree in Electronics Engineering – Communications and Computer Architecture. He is also fluent in Spanish, English, and Italian.

As Chief Engineer for iPing, Mr.Carlomagno’s responsibilities include, development, of the SmartIVR™ and its components, including the XML interpreters and integration with ASR and TTS engines.


Michael Burns
Director of Operations

Mr. Burns joined iPing from Lucent Technologies where he was a Managing Consultant for the Lucent Network Consulting Group. He has an Engineering degree from the United States Naval Academy and a Masters of Science Degree in Computer Science with a concentration in Artificial Intelligence and Robotics from the Naval Post Graduate School in Monterey California.


Martin Deira
Chief Engineer

Martin comes to iPing with many years of programming experience, around the world. In 1983 he obtained a Masters in Mathematics from Paris Sud University (Orsay) and in 1984 received a Degree in Artificial Intelligence from Paris VI University. He began his career in Buenos Aires as an Intel 8086 Assembly Programmer. In 1986 he worked as a Knowledge Engineer for Framentec, a joint venture between Framatome and Teknowledge in Paris. In 1987, while working for Saint Gobain Mr. Deira was introduced to UNIX and Oracle and a year later joined Marben as an accomplished C programmer. He was part of the team that designed, made and installed the VAT Information Exchange System, for the EEC. In 1998 he left Marben (now part of the Atos Group), to join Oracle's Premium Support team. In 1999 Mr.Deira worked for ATS (Advanced Technology Solutions), as an Oracle DBA and consultant.
As Chief Developer for iPing, Mr.Deira’s responsibilities include design, development, and integration of the SmartComm™ Engine.
